1.About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Tonkey, including the website at tonkey.site and the app at app.tonkey.site, on the web and inside Telegram. By using Tonkey you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Tonkey.
2.What Tonkey is
Tonkey is software that helps you create and operate multisig wallets on the TON blockchain using the official multisig-contract-v2. It is non-custodial: Tonkey never holds your keys, seed phrases or funds, and it cannot move funds on your behalf.
Tonkey has no backend and no accounts. It reads public blockchain data and asks your own wallet to sign transactions through TON Connect.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to use software like Tonkey.
4.Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your wallets, keys and seed phrases. Nobody, including Tonkey, can recover them for you.
You are responsible for reading every order before you approve it. Transactions on TON are final and cannot be reversed.
You must follow the laws that apply to you and must not use Tonkey for fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
5.Fees and the network
Using Tonkey involves TON network fees, which are set by the network, not by Tonkey. Tonkey does not operate the TON blockchain and cannot guarantee that a transaction is included, executed or executed on time.
6.Third-party services
Tonkey relies on services it does not control, including TON Center for blockchain data, your wallet and the TON Connect bridge for signing, and Telegram when you use the Mini App. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
7.No warranty
Tonkey is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. The smart contract audits cover the multisig contract, not the Tonkey software.
8.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the Tonkey contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of funds, profits or data, arising from your use of Tonkey, from errors in the software or the blockchain, or from unauthorized access to your wallets.
9.Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Tonkey after a change, the new terms apply.
