Tonkey

Multisig wallet for TON

The team treasury for TON

Hold GRAM, jettons and NFTs as a team. Nothing moves until enough of you approve. Built on the official, audited multisig contract, and it works in your browser and inside Telegram.

  • No backend
  • No custody

Why a multisig

One key should never be able to empty the treasury

A normal wallet has one key. Lose it, leak it, or sign the wrong thing once, and the funds are gone. A multisig spreads that power across people.

How it works

Three steps from idea to executed transfer

  1. 1. Create

Add signers (up to 255) and, if you like, proposers. Choose how many approvals an order needs, then deploy the multisig from your wallet.

  2. 2. Propose

Any signer or proposer creates an order: one transfer or many, with an expiration date. Everyone sees the same order.

  3. 3. Approve

Signers review the order and approve it from their own wallets. When approvals reach the threshold, the order executes by itself.

Security

Built on the official multisig contract

Tonkey only deploys and talks to multisig-contract-v2, the open-source multisig written by the TON core team and audited by Zellic and Trail of Bits. The audits cover that contract; the Tonkey app is a separate interface to it.

  • Tonkey never sees your keys or seed phrase.
  • Funds sit in your multisig contract, not with Tonkey.
  • The contract logic cannot be changed after deploy.

FAQ

Common questions

All questions

What is Tonkey?

Tonkey is a team treasury for TON: a multisig wallet where a set number of signers must approve before funds move. Use it at app.tonkey.site or inside Telegram.

Does Tonkey hold my funds or keys?

No. Funds sit in your multisig contract on TON, and you sign with your own wallet over TON Connect. Tonkey has no backend and never sees your keys.

What does it cost?

Tonkey has no subscription and no account. You pay TON network fees: whoever creates an order pays for creating and storing it, and the execution is paid from the multisig balance.

Why did my pending order stop working after we changed settings?

An order is only valid while the multisig signers match the ones it was created with. Changing the signers or the threshold makes other pending orders unexecutable, so recreate them under the new settings.

Put your treasury under shared control

Create a multisig in a few minutes. You only need a TON wallet and the addresses of your co-signers.
